Halibut :: Pacific Halibut (Hippoglossus stenolepis)

Pacific Halibut are primarily harvested off the coasts of Alaska,
British Columbia, Washington and Oregon. Halibut is the largest flat fish and
can grow to be 200 lbs in weight. This is a premium low-fat white fish that
cooks up lean, light, flaky and tender with a sweat delicate taste.
