| Wild King, also called Chinook salmon, is the largest and least
abundant Pacific salmon species. Meat color can vary from red to white, but a
high percentage is red. White-fleshed Kings are more common in Alaska and
British Columbia. Troll caught Red Kings are abundant in Oregon and California. |
