Snow Crab :: Red Crab (Geryon quinquedens)

North Atlantic Red Crab is also referred to as Snow Crab in some
markets. It has a similar look to Opilio and Baridi. The most noticeable
difference is the longer thinner legs and bright red coloring. The meat has a
similar look and taste to Opilio. This crab is harvested in the North Atlantic
waters of the United States.
